Employees can no longer see timecards on the app

I have just been informed that my employees can longer see their timecards on the team app. They were there yesterday, but not today. Any idea why?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this is occurring. Are they still unable to see their timecards?

Thank you for checking. They were not visible this morning when we checked, but he just checked again and they are back!!
