Does Square Payroll mail child support checks to Child Support Agencys?

I have an employee that I have to take money out of his check and send to child support. Most payroll companys have a way to set this up and they just mail the check for you but it doesn't look like square does this?

From this link https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6063-square-payroll-post-tax-deductions-and-garnishments it looks like you can set up garnishments, but you will be responsible to send to the correct agency on your own.
