Did a refund but didn't refund therapist commission

Hi!  I issued a refund for a client but it didn't refund the commission for the therapist who performed the service. Is there a way to change this or void the sale to reflect that when doing payroll? Please help.  Thank you!

As far as I know, no. We are experiencing a similar issue. If we use use payroll and commissions, we have appointments made on a Wednesday for a service on Sunday, we pay all our service providers on Friday, and the client cancels on Saturday. You will not see negative commission in any report. 

So instead we pay based on services rendered. But there is no one report that provides service, service provider, client, paid/unpaid, paid amount, tip amount. So we have to go through each transaction for each service provider one by one. Not ideal, but hoping 2022 brings new reporting features.
