Commission based independent contractor

Is there a way for me to be able to set up a 50/50 commission minus the processing fees & cost per service? Just wondering before I start paying for this

Set up each team member and input their commission percentage.  You can toggle on that you want them to be paid after the processing fees are deducted.   So for the sake of keeping the math simple lets say that our service is $100 and it cost $2.00 in processing fees (keeping it simple)...then your team member should earn $48 after all is said is done.

Is this what you mean?  If so, yes you can set this up through your Square Dashboard:)

Great question.  I want to deduct $2 for consumable supplies from the service fee before the commission calculates.  How do I do this?
