My staff used to be able to clock in on the Square POS. Now that has disappeared.
We have “Track Team Member Time” turned on in Settings > Shifts on the iPad. No idea why it is not working.
What happened? Please fix! I have to manually create timecards for everyone. I can’t keep doing this forever.
@Experimentalist There are 2 places that have track team member sliders in the app. Look under Settings ---> Team Management and also under shifts.
I had this happen to me and I had to have both of them checked for it to work.
