When employees request time off is there a way for others to see this so that they do not ask for the same days off?

That is a great question! Currently, Square Payroll does not have a built-in feature that allows employees to view other team members’ requested days off directly within the platform. Time off requests are submitted privately and managed by the employer or admin.
To help avoid overlapping requests, many businesses use a shared calendar or scheduling tool alongside Square Payroll, where employees can see approved time off and plan accordingly.
