I have an invite from Square for our business, opened the text, clicked the link, and was taken to Square on my phone. However, on the Dashboard, it still shows as "Invited" instead of "Active". Numerous attempts have not been successful for me, but others have been made active on the first try. How do I fix this?
Under "Team Members", four of us are listed. Two received invites, and are active. When I request an invite, I get the message "Invite Sent", but I never get one, and yes, I checked my Spam box.
Have you tried re-sending the invite?
I also see 1 of the 2 profiles doesn't have an email associated, so that would get sent as an SMS.
