how do i take credit card numbers for payment over the phone? or is square not set up for that

Hi @MGloss ,

When you add items and then press the button to charge, there should be a screen that comes up that includes Manual Credit Card Entry.

Press that and then you can take the credit card information over the phone. 

You will need credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and zip code associated with the card. 

Remember that manual card entries have a slightly higher rate of credit card fees compared to tap, however It is minimal and this is great for over the phone sales.
