Hi I recently created an annual subscription plan that I created on my Square dashboard (desktop) and I've been able to add some customers to the plan manually on the desktop. When I navigate to the Subscriptions section of the retail POS or iOS app, the plan I created doesn't appear at all so I have no way to add new customers in my physical store to the subscription when they want to buy it. I talked to hardware support yesterday who recommended a factory reset but that didn't work. I feel like I've tried everything but can't seem to get it working. Any help would be greatly appreciated! First photo is my dashboard where you can see the Candy Club plan. Second screenshot is the retail app on my phone when I click into 'plans' -- nothing appears so I have no way to add a customer to my subscription when they want to buy it. Same problem with my Square Register.
Hi @dylrich20 , I'm sorry but Square Subscriptions is not yet available for any of our Points of Sale. We hope to launch that in early 2024. Currently, you can sell your subscription plans through a Square Online store (with Plus or higher account) or through Subscriptions on Dashboard. Sorry for that inconvenience! Why, oh WHY, do you have guidance on the website (https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/7989-get-started-with-subscriptions-in-point-of-sale) and have the Subscriptions Add-On available in the POS App IF IT IS NOT WORKING / NOT RELEASED YET!?!?
Hi @urbanaxes , I'm sorry this has been confusing! Prior to itemized subscriptions launching, subscriptions was available on the POS (which is why that article existed). However, once itemized subscriptions became the new way of doing subscriptions, we had to pull back support on POS until it's supported there. That is expected early next year. You should not be seeing the Subscription Add On on POS - are you seeing it there?
In the meantime, I will have the POS article removed so it doesn't cause confusion. Thank you!
Yes, the Subscriptions Add-on shows up and I was able to add it.

I am not seeing the Monthly or Yearly options on the subscription checkout link. I have tried resaving and refreshing multiple times? PLEASE HELP!
