We received our first order through Instagram and the order states waiting for acknowledgment through Square. Does anyone know where/how that process takes place? Here is the order in meta commerce manager. It isn't showing up in Square orders.

I've had an update to confirm that there should not be any considerable delay in Instagram/Meta orders populating to your Square Dashboard.
If you have seen significant delays between order placement and the ability to manage your order through Square, it would be recommended that you reach out to Meta directly to query this, as they manage the integration. If they identify anything on the Square side that could be causing an issue, could I ask that you request a support ticket number that we can pass along to our Engineers. This will allow them to investigate further with the Meta team.

Hi @Sineaid we figured it out it was sorta buried in the Meta backend. Of course all this happened when we were out of town but we got it figured out 🙂
