I have Ecwid as my shopping cart on my website. Not all of the customer information generated by the shopping cart is showing up in Square. In particular when I go to "Orders" in Square, under shipping address the STATE and COUNTRY to be shipped to is missing. Only the customer name, street address and city appear.
I've contacted Ecwid support and they said on their end all that info is being sent to Square. Is there something in Square that's not receiving it?

Thank you for your reply. I have "Address" toggle on but this menu doesn't really let me see what parts of the address Square is capturing from Ecwid.
I see the possibility of adding new fields but I may consult with Ecwid one more time before attempting anything further.
