What is the format for your Square Message emails and do you have to include it as a domain so that any emails from customers will go there or how does this all work. I am very new to this kind of thing.

Square Messages doesn’t replace text and email. Think of it as a solution that consolidates all of those inboxes and notifications for you. You can send, receive, and respond to texts, emails, questions, and feedback, all from Square Messages. Over time we plan to build more integrations to make it a one-stop shop for customer communication.
Access Square Messages directly from your Square Dashboard or mobile app. If you use the Square Point of Sale app, Square Appointments app, or Square for Retail app, you’re ready to chat with customers with a free Square account. No additional sign-up or steps required — the user-friendly messaging interface is already built in.
