Should I open a second Square for a 2nd home based business?

I have had a square account for almost 2 years for one home based business.  Two months ago I started a second home based business.  I have been using the one account for both.  For next year, Jan 1 on, should I have 2 separate Square accounts/Square cards?

Great question @rmlyonsfamily!

You don't necessarily have to, but I would just to separate both businesses.

Alternatively, sellers create multiple locations under the same account to differentiate businesses but you won't be able to order multiple Square Cards under the same account. Activating a new account will allow you to do that.
