Recommendation for Customer Request Forms?

Hello, Square Community!

I wanted to ask if anyone has any recommendations for Customer Forms?
We run a t-shirt print shop in our store, and managing customized order requests can get a little tedious. We're currently looking into online forms, and just wanted to see if anyone here has had a similar experience and a helpful solution. If there is an option that can be tied into Square for Retail, that would be even better!

We'd prefer an online form where we can toggle mandatory information, as well as have customers upload their image files for printing. Once a customer submits their form and files, we'd prefer for the form to be emailed to a designated email breaking down their responses.

Any and all input/recommendations would be appreciated.

I would like to provide you with some of the resources we have for creating forms. 

First, Square Online offers a form builder. Of course, there are products out there with a more robust set of options, but I would recommend checking this one out since form submissions would live within your Square Online Overview page, get sent to you via email, and we also offer the option to export them. 

Additionally, if you text your customers using Square Messages, the two products seamlessly integrate and you can respond to form submissions within your Square ecosystem. Learn more here.

As an alternative, check out our App Marketplace. Several form builders in there might be suitable for your needs.
