Problem with Marketing Coupon Online

Hi!

We sent out a coupon for our 8th birthday and I was excited to see that you could use it for both online and in-store now. 🥳

However, we've had complaints and issues when people tried to use it online/activate it. 

Has anyone had this problem or how to resolve it? I'll attach pictures of what happened when I tried it.

HI, I believe its because that's not a general overall coupon.  The text states link this reward to a specific Mastercard.
