I am sorry to hear that this is happening....can you take a video and post it here so I can see what is going on and it will give our engineers a better idea too if we need to escalate to them.
In the meantme, I have the basic troubleshooting recommendations - update app, force quit and then restart, sign in and sign out.
I'll be on the lookout for your response!
