I can no longer scroll to the bottom of the page on dahsboard

Help! For some reason I can no longer scroll all the way down when going through inventory on my dashboard. My employees are having the same issue on their laptops. I do not think this is a browser issue since I can scroll all the way down on any other site. This started happening last week and I've tried everything to fix. Example, if I look for a product under a vendor and the product is the last item on the page, I cannot see it. So under some vendors, items at the bottom of the page are cut halfway off. I have not changed browsers or settings. Anyone else experiencing this issue and if so, were you able to fix?

Oh no, I am sorry you and your employees are having issues with Dashboard. To better assist I will need to gather additional details:

1) Can you provide step-by-step instructions on where you are going in the Dashboard and the issue occurs?

 

2) Are you all using the same brand and model laptops?

 

3) To escalate this we will need you to try our troubleshooting steps. Try switching browsers and clearing the cache and history on the browser. Please also confirm what version your browser is on. 

 

4) If possible, please provide a video of what you are experiencing.

I have tried everything - switching browsers and clearing the cache and history. We have several computers at my business and are all experiencing the same problem. 

We go to the dashboard (not on the POS system but on our laptops/desktop)  go to home, item library, then filter to the vendor whose inventory we need. When scrolling down in the box, you can only scroll so far and if you have a lot of inventory from a particular vendor, you cannot see it all. The scrolling on our computer sidebars work fine. This just seems to be in Square. In the screenshot shown, you can see that the the bottom item is cut off and you cannot scroll any further down. I'm having the exact same issue. I cannot scroll down to see the last few items in the list. This is on 2 completely different laptops. I've also had this issue for a few weeks now.

This is not a browser or cache issue. My browser is Google Chrome. My employees all have different laptops, are using the same browser, and are also having the same problem. I have worked on every setting and have gone through Square's troubleshooting steps. yet the issue has not changed. If I am trying to look for a product under a vendor with an item list that is long, I can no longer scroll entirely down and products are cut off. On other websites with the same browser there has not been any issues.  This started happening a few weeks ago.

I also noticed a similar issue which started just over a month ago. The scroll bars indicate that I am at the bottom of the page but there is still plenty more data that I cannot see. I can resolve this by using the little scrolling wheel on my mouse to see the orders at the bottom of my page. However, I can't see the information to the right - it is chopped off even though the scroll bar clearly indicates I am at the far right of the screen. The issue is not resolved on my larger second monitor.

I remember this issue was apparent when I first started using Square in Feb/March/April 2023 but it resolved itself. 

 

My browser is Microsoft Explorer and I am using the Orders option in my Dashboard.
