I want to make police report about 2 customers stole $1000 worth jewelry from my store which payed by credit and debit card.

Can I confirm whether you have received disputes against your Square account for these charges?
If you have received disputes against your Square account, you can elect to challenge these disputed charges by submitting supporting evidence for the transactions. It will be up to the cardholder's bank to determine whether the funds are returned to you or the cardholder. You can learn more about Square's dispute process here.
Once banks have made a decision, this is unfortunately final, and Square is unable to further assist you with any claims you make against the disputed charges.
