How do I transfer Online Categories to Square POS??

Our group created many categories & items in the square online store. We never created any categories in the square POS. Now all items are synced to the square library with no categories. Is there an easy way to get the square online categories transferred over to the square library? If I create categories on the square side, will they mess up the categories on the square online side? I want to export my library to an Excel spreadsheet, and it looks like the only way to do that is from the square item library, not the square online store item library. I need the categories in my spreadsheet.
