How do I change an order status after I mistakenly marked "Ready" but meant to put "In progress"?

How do I change an order status after I mistakenly marked "Ready" but meant to put "In progress"?

This happens fairly frequently when we are changing many order status' in quick succession. I mark "ready" when I mean to mark "in progress" and there is no option to go back to "in progress." So far, it hasn't effected any of our guests but there is the possibility that one day it will.

As far as I know, there isnt a way to do this yet.

As @makedonas said, unfortunately there isn’t currently a way to undo an order status update, but I can see why it would be useful to be able to amend these selections.

 

I’ve gone ahead and moved this thread to the Retail Ideate board, so our product development team can consider it when they are reviewing seller feedback.

This happens to us every now and then, typically when we receive an order that’s scheduled for a week later etc. 

 

It would be nice to have an option to move a ticket, accidentally marked IN PROGRESS back to NEW, as this doesn’t come with any notification issues on the customers end.
