Glitch on Purchase Order Unit Costs
Dear Square Techs...
In the beginning I thought that I was getting crazy, but today I caught the glitch for sure.
What's happening:
1) You start filling up a Purchase Order and updating the Unit Costs of products that were already created before.
2) Suddenly you have a new product that you need to Add and then you go to the "Create New" page to add this product. AND NOW YOU GO TO "VIEW ALL ITEMS PROPERTIES" TO REMOVE SALES TAX.
3) After saving and going back to "Purchase Order" page, all the "Unit Costs" that you have updated goes back to the price that it was before... as they were never updated.
***** SEE VIDEO, it will be easier to understand.

Hello there @leandrobadiglia!
Thank you for the detailed explanation and the video. What is happening is that you are leaving the page to visit the "All Item Properties" for the new item ("TEST 4") and due to this, your changes aren't being saved on the Purchase Order item you were editing. I recommend using the Save as Draft function if you strictly need to access "All Item Properties".
This should prevent the values from resetting. Let me know if this works for you.

Hello JJ.
thanks for your help. I haven’t tried yet your suggestion but I will.
but anyhow, I still think that if this could be fixed, it would facilitate a lot our speed when “feeding” our purchase orders with Data. If every time that add a new product and need to “remove sales tax” I would need to “save as draft”, this will take forever.
Another great thing would be to add a “Remove Sales Tax” button when “adding a new product”.
