Customer information on Receipts

It would be great for customer information to be shown on receipts when we manually add a customer to a transaction. At the moment, we have to re-enter the information in an item note so that:

1. Our delivery drivers can see where they have to go 

2. The customers (i.e contractors/companies) want to see their information on the receipts as well

It would also speed up the checkout process for my business as we don't have to do double entries for the information that is already on the system.

I appreciate you reaching out with this feedback and sorry to hear right now you are going through the trouble of having to add customer information again, that is frustrating.  I've updated it to the "Open" status. This step in the Feature Request process will be a time in which other sellers can add their use cases to your idea to make it stronger and demonstrate further how much it is needed. Later on, we'll re-visit the most popular feature requests in the "Open for Votes" status and bring them to product teams.

To other sellers that see this feature, please “like” the post and reply with a use case that your business would have. This will help to signal that this feature request is even more important to address. Thank you again for taking the time to submit this.

My suggestion would be to have a Toggle button for this if anything.  Since we do not do delivery, we would not need the address or customers information on a receipt when they purchase in store.   Phone Orders and Online sales we print out the information to send the item(s) to the person.  I do not think most IN person sales would need that information on a Receipt.  It is not on my receipts when I go to local stores or even major retail locations.   Would you want your Name, Address, Phone number on every receipt you get at Walmart, Target, Harbour freight, Toms Party supplies.....etc?  Too much information on a receipt or for Identity thieves to find on a dropped or lost receipt.

I do understand the point that delivery food places may need this option, which is why I suggest a Toggle button/switch if this moves forward.

@Candlestore Totally agree with your points, and a toggle button/switch would definitely be the best option for this. Though, should've specified this, only would like the information to be printed out when we manually add the customer to the transaction!
