Automating Followup Email AFTER Purchases

Greetings,

 

Is there a way to create a scheduled, automated, followup email that gets sent around a week or so AFTER someone makes an online purchase?  This email would include a link to a Survey.

 

Important Notes:

  • We used Square to set up a Weebly online shop.
  • We use MailChimp for our generic marketing emails.  Currently, MailChimp and Square are not synced though I know it can be done.
  • I know about these canned emails on the back end of Weebly, but don't see one specific to our purposes.

Thanks for posting, @Flopbot, and welcome to Seller Community! On your Square Online Store Dashboard, go to Marketing > Automated, then click on "create automation" (note that this requires upgrading to a marketing plan). One of the options for an automation is to send an email to people who made purchases recently.
