Is there a way to create a scheduled, automated, followup email that gets sent around a week or so AFTER someone makes an online purchase? This email would include a link to a Survey.

On your Square Online Store Dashboard, go to Marketing > Automated, then click on "create automation" (note that this requires upgrading to a marketing plan). One of the options for an automation is to send an email to people who made purchases recently.
