Auto Calculated Cost and Markup Rates

It would be cool if SQ automatically notified you of an item that has a cost that is higher than the set price; and if there was a way the price was automatically calculated based on a set markup from the cost.

For example; when creating a Purchase Order for a vendor, an option to select a percentage markup for prices on the same page as the costs for each item.

I would love to see this feature implemented. Our main vendor changes cost and retail price with the weather and no notice given and this feature would make it so much easier to stay profitable when the cost changes.

This would be cool. Maybe have a cost tracking report that you could look at on a variation level so you could easily see if you need to update a price. Or just have a way to see items that have a change in cost (higher or lower) after you have received a purchase order.

@ndixon Yes I can't tell you how many times I've come across an item that we're selling for cheaper than we bought it for because prices change so often.
