Add button

When I go into my square all of the drink sizes show up along with the modifiers but the add button does not light up and le them add the drink they have to manually add the amount. How do I fix this?

I'm assuming this is for the Square POS. Is the stock adjusted accurately for the variation? Do you happen to have a screenshot? 

Perhaps one of our Super Sellers has seen this previously and can weigh in?

Hey @KM1 

What happens if you select more than one size? Does the Add button work then?

Double check your settings for that modifier group - you may accidentally have a minimum set as more than one which would prevent it from being added until that minimum is hit. 

Also can you post some screenshots of what you’re seeing?
