I have members complaining that they haven't been able to process payments all day today.

I would suggest reaching out to our Support Team directly to see if they can assist with troubleshooting in real time if you are still having troubles processing payments. We can't see account specific details in the Community to see what could be going on here.

Thanks but I've just checked and we had four sales processed after 2:15 pm today. No word from Square Up, but the system is working. I've communicated with the people who's purchases were not processed.
