Waitlist on square restaurant?

Hello!

Does the square restaurant have an option for a waitlist once all the tables are full? Googling and searching has left me with no info.  If not, what happens when the tables are full?

Hello @derekGCB when that happens like we want to start a tab for people having a drink while waiting, we just start a custom ticket. So you just ring in the items then choose "check name and notes" and give it a name or a number and then save it. Then it will be saved under custom. When you look at your dining room layout and swipe right you will see it in the list of checks.

That makes sense, but we do not have the space for that as we are still on COVID restrictions and every seat would be filled (no standing and drinking allowed here atm). 

I guess that means there is not a traditional waitlist? We are currently using another app for it, but it would be sweet to not have to go back and forth.

Ah I see. Yeah we can't have extra bodies inside either, they have to wait outside. It would be a great feature to have a waitlist!
