Trying to Determine which KDS Touch Screen Computer is Best

Hello Community!  I have a quick question regarding KDS Displays.  I am looking at an ELO 22 Inch Touchscreen Display Computer to use for my KDS.  It comes with either Windows 10 or an Android version.  Is either one of these OK to use with the Square POS system, or is one better than the other?  Or does someone have a better option than ELO?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!

Square KDS is compatible with the following Android devices:

• MicroTouch 15"

• MicroTouch 22"

• Elo 15"

• Elo 22"

• Lenovo Tab 10.6”

• Samsung Galaxy Tab 10”

If you want to use a different Android device, the following requirements must be met:

• 8"+ screen

• 2 GB RAM

• OS 9 + Device"

Price goes up as screen size goes up.  Just make sure if you don't get elo that you get at least android 9+ which shouldn't be an issue.  I saw some decent prices on Amazon for an elo22.
