Time item put on bill

Hi everyone

We’re currently having issues with stock going missing and want to be able to cross reference our cctv to reporting from square 

 

we use the bill and tab function and although it shows what time the item was added when an open bill. I can’t seem to find the time on any reports. Only time is when the sale is completed. 

anyone any advise on this?

Sorry to hear that you're having to look into this. 

 

At this time, there isn't a reporting feature that will allow you to see the time that that item was added to the bill or tab. 

 

The closest report that I can think of would be the Activity Log in the Reporting Dashboard which allows you to monitor sensitive actions taken by your team – such as processed refunds, updates to item inventory, comps/voids and discounts, and timestamps included.

Hi

I have but unfortunately it does show what is required. Another column on the item sales which showed time stamp of entry as well as sale completed time would be awesome

Sorry, that didn't help in this case. It would be worth filing a feature request for this type of reporting information @Pjbrown so that our product teams can have an insight into the interest in it.
