Square Kitchen Printer says "Unsupported" for Orde...

My restaurant is having trouble getting the kitchen printer to print ticket stubs. We tried reconnecting, restarting, and changing settings on the printer via Dashboard and Square for Restaurants app on our devices and iPad. We want the printer to print all kitchen items. It does not print any. We tested the printer to print out test stubs, and that works. How do I get this printer to print out kitchen items?

I think main issue is if Square KDS supports printing of Stubs?
