A bartender ended a drawer with an open ticket still active in that drawer. Now that the drawer has been ended that ticket is no longer showing up other either the square or in reporting. Does anyone know of a way to recover that tickets details?
@Ranchclub I'm really sorry to hear the frustration regarding your open tickets! Closing a cash drawer should have no affect on your open tickets so it sounds like the employee likely closed the open ticket as well. You should be able to open/close any open ticket separate from opening and closing cash drawer sessions.
