Receipt font and details

Seller advised w/ new updates. The note info for their togo orders where they add the name and address at the top is now being cut off. Also requesting to be able to change the font on the receipts

Ah, that’s super frustrating — especially when you rely on those notes for order accuracy. If the top portion of your to-go order notes are getting cut off after the new update, that definitely sounds like something Square’s dev team needs to patch.

A couple quick suggestions:
📝 Try putting the name/address info at the bottom of the note for now — just as a temporary fix until this gets resolved.
🖨️ And yes to customizable receipt fonts! That would be a game-changer for readability and branding.

Definitely send this in as feedback through your Square Dashboard under Settings → Feedback and also share it in the Seller Community Feature Requests section. You’re not alone — others have flagged similar printing issues recently, so this may already be on their radar. 🤞
