Is it possible to create a ticket by scanning a customer QR code. I know you can add customer to ticket but looking to create a ticket similar to swiping a credit card to create a ticket.

You may want to ask in the Developer Forum.  I don't believe there's any standard features or options that can do what you have in mind.
