How do I print a customer receipt with tip and signature lines?

Not much more to explain here... can't figure out how to do this with Square for Restaurants.  Anyone know?

From the Restaurants app, hit Account < Setup Hardware. If your printer station is already created, select it. You'll see the option to sign and tip on receipt.
