How do I apply an automatic item discount through my Virtual Terminal?

Hi,

I set up a discount for a particular item.  However, I can't find it when I'm using the virtual terminal.  Don't item level discounts wok on the virtual terminal?

It sounds like you set up an automatic discount for a particular item, @dv1. You can definitely still apply these discounts when processing payments using your Virtual Terminal! You'll start by adding the item to an Itemized Sale, using your Virtual Terminal:

Notice the Customize link next to your item? Go ahead and click that to get this pop-up:

As long as you've properly set up your item discount, and selected the correct items for the discount to apply to, you will see the discount option appear here! Definitely give us a shout here if any other questions pop up around this.
