If a customer deleted their email with their e-gift card is there a way to get it back somehow? IT is not in spam, deleted or any other folders. They haven't redeemed it yet, so I cannot go back in transactions. thank you.

Great question! You can send the eGift Card email from the Purchase transaction. If by they haven't redeemed it you mean that they scheduled the card for a later date, then that would mean that they will not receive the email until the scheduled yet.
