Customer order screen like McDonald and other fast food outlets

We run off order numbers, wait times may exceed 20min during peak hour where we constantly have customers asking how long their order will be. It’ll be good to have a screen set up that shows all of the order being made by number and their name. For example how McDonald’s has, now preparing order 23 and when you bump the order on KDS it’ll pop up saying order 23 is ready. An extra feature that could be interesting is displaying wait times taken from KDS data.

Hi Ahmed, did you end up finding a solution for the ordering number and waiting time like maccas? it's also something I'm looking for.as I'm having the same issue. @Ahmed95

unfortunately no, the sollution offered was a paid subscription that was over priced for services we already pay for with sqaure. I ended up buying a number calling system where staff type in the order number and then the number is displayed and called on a digital screen. its not the best solution but its one that works for now. Definitly made life easier for my staff.

NOTE: i never tested the solution offered because there was no point wasting my time on another subscription i didnt need.
