Can you add modifiers to specific variations?

I run a pizza business and am wondering if it is possible to add different modifiers to different variations. For example extra toppings cost different amounts for different sizes and I currently have every size as a different category and am wanting to clean up the register and online ordering.

HI, there are three options available.  One, create a separate item listing for each size with all the available options (small, option, option, option).  Two, create a variation for each size (ex.  small extra toppings +$1.00 / medium extra toppings +1.00) or Three, create a variation named Extras with any additional fee (small double meat +$1.00)

Best advice, use a pen and paper to build out examples, the best listing/variation will start to appear.  (step outside your own mind iykyk)
