Error with Deliverect Connection / Integration

Hi all, having an ongoing issue where integration between the 2 platforms has stopped working. Squares link for deliverect continues taking me to an "Oops error page" and deliverects direct login keeps importing an old menu from POS. Tried re connecting the integration via an alternate freshly installed browser, same error. Deliverect have assured me that the issue is with Square authorisation. Square support appears to be working on it, for over a week now, no reply or solution provided. Please help!!

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Deliverect integration. I understand this would be a frustrating experience.

 

While our engineering team diligently works on resolving these cases, it's important to note that these tickets can take time to resolve depending on the complexity of the problem. Unfortunately, we are not always able to provide a timeframe.

As we don't have access to your account information on the Community, we're unable to check for an update. The team member assigned to your case will update you directly once they've found a fix, and I would suggest keeping all communication on your main case in the meantime.
