Virtual terminal

I just have one question am I able to utilize my funds after having been processed by the virtual terminal bcuz it's stating that my two transactions have been processed and completed yet it's not showing up on my balance as of yet

@Latinaqueen How long ago did you do the transactions?  have you looked in your transaction history?  Last question, is your account new and these are the first transactions?

 

I can't answer anything specific, but I can at least tell you from my experience what you may be seeing based on your answers.

Hello sorry for the late response I initially made the transactions like around 8 or 9 am this morning and yes my account is really new like about a little over a week BRAND NEW once again YES these are my first ones

@Latinaqueen if it isn't showing up in your transactions and if the transactions were large...there is a possibility that square may require more verification or put a hold on the funds.  Any not in person transaction on a brand new account especially if it is a large amount could trigger this as these transactions have a much much higher rate of fraud.  This happens to protect the integrity of the system as a whole.  

 

While frustrating, I would check your e-mail and spam folders for an e-mail from square or contact customer service through your online dashboard.
