The Square Terminal device used to make sales over this past weekend is stuck on the Square Loading screen. The sales from this device have not fully transferred to our account, therefore we do not want to factory reset and lose all of the sales. Is there any other solution? I've tried resetting, turning on & off, & charging.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your device! Is your device plugged in or are you going off the battery? If plugged in, can you try moving it to a different location/outlet?
