I have a handheld terminal and the printer is not printing...it sounds like it does and feeds the paper out but nothing is on the paper. Is there a place to add ink or any help?

The built in printer uses thermal paper - no ink. Try removing the paper and reinserting. I believe you can then test your receipt printer via the steps below:
Settings
Hardware
Printer
Test Print
If it's still not working, best to contact Square Support for assistance.

is the paper in the correct way? I believe thermal paper might only print on one side of the roll.
