Says terminal does not use ink but my printing is very light in some areas of receipt??
My receipts are very light and some show half dark half faint printing but says terminal does not need ink, whats going on??

Hello @VWiltse !
That is correct that the terminal printer uses thermal printing, so no ink is needed.
The first thing I'd recommend is to try a new pack of receipt paper. It's possible that your current pack got exposed to heat somewhere along the way that "activated" the thermal properties, causing it to print oddly.
If you're still seeing the problem with the new paper, then it sounds like the print head may be damaged. Give customer support a call: there may be a way for a warranty replacement of your terminal.
