I'm trying to print receipts from my terminal. The paper rolls out but the receipt is a blank paper. I've never had an issue before and highly doubt that it needs ink.
@KTK they don't use ink, they print with heat. This may sound dumb, but verify the paper is in the correct way. It can only print on one side and would simply come out blank if it was in backwards.
