Legacy Plan- Creating an annual subscription that charges the full year's worth of billing

In the legacy plan, you could indicate the number of billing cycles included in the plan. The new plans do not have this capability so there really is no difference in creating a monthly plan versus an annual plan. Can you please add the billing cycles option back into the plan builder?
