I have contacted Square Customer support which has been anything but helpful. Unfortunately that seems to be my usual experience when calling in so I hope someone here can help.
We have a brick and mortar coffee shop along with our mobile coffee shop. When my employees are clocking in on the app it is not clocking them in at the location they are scheduled at in square. Sometimes they will catch it and change it but if not I am going back in and changing the location for them. Any advice or help on how to ensure it is clocking them in where they are scheduled?

@GoodGrounds33 It sounds like they are using a tablet to clock in that is logged into the other location. If they use the coffee truck tablet to clock in, regardless of where they are scheduled, will clock them in there and vice versa. If they are using the team app they need to make sure they are clocking in where they are supposed to.
If you need to limit the clock ins, I know you can block early clock ins, but I think mindfulness by the employee will take care of it.
