Seems an update was done today and now employees and myself can only look at one location at a time to view the schedule? What is the point of this? We have multiple locations with employees working in each location different or same day. Why/How can I see all the locations at once?
While this does not currently affect me, I am wondering the same thing, now that @IceDaddys has brought it up. I hadn’t noticed the change until now. But it seems that the location filter was moved (from the top to the bottom) and instead of allowing multiple location selections, it is now a radio-button that allows only one. Seems wrong to me, too.
I’ll add this that I just noticed. Next to the location selector in the bottom right-hand corner there is a number which I assume represents the number of locations selected. This makes me strongly suspect that the intention WAS to allow multiple selections, but that someone just messed up in the implementation by only allowing one location to be selected at a time.
Good Morning,
I appreciate you guys flagging this @IceDaddys @TheRealChipA! I was not aware of the change, and have escalated this over to our team. In the meantime, so our team can get a better idea of what you are seeing, please provide a screenshot.
I appreciate your patience and working with me on this!
@IceDaddys‘s will be the same as mine, @MayaP. Notice in the second one, at the bottom. It used to be that the location selector allowed multiple selections. The circles on the right (radio buttons) were boxes instead. Here’s a screen shot of the location selector from the Dashboard App’s Home Screen. Two things to note. First it defaults to “All Locations.” (See top line). Second, we can select more than one location, if desired. That’s how the schedule tab on Team used to work.
One more thing, @MayaP. It seems the the Dashboard App beta I’m part of has made this same change with team schedules. But, oddly, it still allows multiple location selections on the Home Screen which shows sales. I’ve tagged @SQPhil in a post on that forum, as well.
Hi everyone - thanks for surfacing this. We on the product and development side are working on a fix. I will follow up shortly!
I appreciate you @JasonSQPM for hopping on this so quickly!
Again thank you guys so much for all your assistance in getting this addressed You guys rock @TheRealChipA @IceDaddys ! 🙏
Hi everyone - we have made an update so that you can view multiple locations via the filtering experience from the previous version of the app.
Multi-location support will be supported in the updated UI in the next release, coming your way in July.
Appreciate your patience and thank you again for the feedback!
Thanks @JasonSQPM! Appreciate that quick attention. It works for me! (Now to head back to the beta board and ask them to fix it the same way in Dashboard….)
This is Amazing! Thank you so much. I did not actually expect this to get fixed so quickly. You rock!
Ours doesn’t have the filtering option. Only allows one location to be seen at a time. How can I get this fixed?
Hi @DonutNVLasVegas 👋
Can you post a screenshot of what you see on your end? Can you also please confirm the app version you are using? Thanks in advance!
I was able to update the app earlier today and it’s back to showing all locations for the schedule instead of only being able to click on one!
Are you able to post a screenshot by any chance? And can you provide the app version you are using?
