How to Rest PTO Balances

State of Michigan just signed a new law regarding paid time off allowing employers to "front load" sick leave for the calendar year. For a small business, I do not need to pay out unused time at the end of the year but it does reset to a new batch of 40 at the start of the calendar year. What I cannot find in Square Payroll is how to zero out any unused paid sick time at the end of the year and provide employees with a new batch of hours at the start of the year. Does anyone know where this is? Where is the individual employee balance that is editable?

Thanks!

@Peticured   It looks like according to this:  https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5664-paid-time-off-and-sick-leave You can go into the profile and edit the balance.  I assume if you 0 it, it will take it back to 0.  If you need you may have to adjust your rules.

Thanks Donnie! he only rule set is that the hours are fixed. My concern is that I had previously set the rule to be accrued hours but when the law changed, I reset it to fixed amount. One of my employees is showing that she has accrued hours AND fixed hours on her paystub and I have no way to see this to remove/update. It makes me think that the balances are being held elsewhere and when I update them to 40 in January, I'm actually going to give them 80 hours (assuming they didn't use any). I suppose this is a wait and see how it goes kind of an issue.
