An old employee is getting email notifications every single time there’s a transaction at my store. I have never even gotten these notifications, I never turned them on. I need help to figure out how to stop them? Only my email address is in the settings for these notifications.
Account & Settings --> Email Notifications
This menu will allow for you to check which notifications you want to receive, if any. This is also where you can change the email address where the notifications are sent.
Thanks! I already checked there, the only email listed is my own. Another team member also said she’s getting them as well.
