Add columns to Team List View in Dashboard

It would be so helpful if we could add and remove columns from the Team List View in the Dashboard similar to other areas of Square.

A couple things I would add to this column would be hire date and date of birth.

It would be nice to have this info at a glance rather than be searching for it in all the different tabs for the team member.
